New IFC Films titles HOLLER starring Jessica Barden, the video game-inspired WEREWOLVES WITHIN, and the Matt DeHart true crime documentary ENEMIES OF THE STATE premiere on VOD this Summer.

Toronto, ON - May 18, 2021 - From comedy to horror, and dramas to documentaries, this summer IFC Films has you covered. New titles coming to VOD include the 2020 TIFF Industry Selects film HOLLER, starring Jessica Barden (HANNA, THE END OF THE F***ING WORLD), Josh Ruben’s WEREWOLVES WITHIN, a whodunnit comedy horror based on the popular video game of the same name, and the documentary ENEMIES OF THE STATE, that premiered at TIFF 2020 about alleged anonymous hacker Matt DeHart who sought asylum in Canada.

New titles coming to streaming channel IFC Films Unlimited include the critically acclaimed sci-fi romance LITTLE FISH; the moving family drama EMBATTLED starring Stephen Dorff (TRUE DETECTIVE, BLADE); the dramatic western NO MAN’S LAND starring Frank Grillo (AVENGERS: ENDGAME), and Andie MacDowell (GROUNDHOG DAY, FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL); BLITHE SPIRIT starring Academy Award winner Judi Dench, Leslie Mann (MOTHERLESS BROOKLYN, THIS IS 40) and Isla Fisher (ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT); in; Oliver Hermanus’ BAFTA nominated film MOFFIE; comedy LAST CALL starring ENTOURAGE’S Jeremy Piven and two-time Oscar nominee Bruce Dern; and sizzling romance MONDAY starring Sebastian Stan (THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER) and Denise Gough (ANDOR).

HOLLER (2021) - June 11, 2021 (Drama)

Synopsis: In a forgotten pocket of Southern Ohio where American manufacturing and opportunity are drying up, a determined young woman finds a ticket out when she is accepted to college. Alongside her older brother, Ruth Avery joins a dangerous scrap metal crew in order to pay her way. Together, they spend one brutal winter working the scrap yards during the day and stealing valuable metal from the once thriving factories by night. With her goal in sight, Ruth finds that the ultimate cost of an education for a girl like her may be more than she bargained for, and she soon finds herself torn between a promising future and the family she would leave behind.
